Conversion and return right

Within Germany

You can return the acquired goods within two weeks after receipt without indication of reasons.To comply with this term, it is sufficient to dispatch the goods in time.<

This right of Return is not possible for:

• audio or video recordings or software if the delivered data carriers have been unsealed
• goods manufactured according to customer’s specifications
• firm orders

Starting from a purchase order value of EUR 40, - we bear the costs of the return.
Contact us under indication of your customer number - best by telephone. After admission of some information, which is necessary for a fast and efficient treatment, you will receive a special address sticker for free of postage retourn at your next post office.

Up to a purchase order value of EUR 40,-- you bear costs of the return.
Not prepaid packages are not accepted.

In case of the return the dissolution of the contract and credit note of already performed payments takes place after return of the supplied goods. You will receive a credit note by email.
If the goods should have traces of use or damage during the return, we reserve ourselves the right to make claims valid.

Please consider:

• Return items always completely with the original packaging
• To improve our service, attach to the package the invoice's copy and/or your revocation email. We also appreciate to get to know the reasons for the return.

Exports

The return right expires upon delivery of the goods to the commissioned distributor. Nevertheless we are liable for the statutory warranty period. We will also find a solution for your problem which fits both: buyer and seller.
